Established in 2020 and based in the Niagara region, JLG Capital Management Inc. has diverse business interests and pursuits, including real estate, property and project management, craft beer, and live music production.
Real Estate & Property Management
JLG Capital Management’s business interests are conducted from a former church in downtown Welland that was repurposed into a mixed use building with commercial and residential spaces. Since acquiring the property in January 2020, the principals of our company have been focused on an adaptive reuse of the building and are guided by urban theorist and activist Jane Jacobs who said “new ideas must use old buildings.”
Consulting & Project Management
JLG Capital Management has been involved in projects of all types and sizes, and we offer services to individuals, businesses, and organizations who want to be our partner, not our client.
Our consulting team is well versed in high level corporate strategy. We are problem solvers, and together we will create effective solutions to complex problems. Familiar with the situations that prevent success, we are well versed at negotiating many different types of contracts and finding resolutions to even the most difficult situations.
Our technical team offers technical assistance in the areas of engineering, construction, and facility management. This team is approaching $1 billion in completed technical and construction projects, with a firm commitment to delivering on time and on budget.
