James has almost 20 years of public-private sector experience managing projects of all sizes and budgets from design through to completion. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T), James brings extensive knowledge and expertise in issuing tenders, preparing cost estimates, administrating contracts, coordinating skilled trades, and managing budgets. James also has experience managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio of public assets including a city hall, library, courthouse, museum, fire halls, and a community centre. His main areas of responsibility are building maintenance, capital upgrades, facility condition assessments, tenant relations, and lease negotiations.
